Hill Wallack LLP is pleased to welcome Robert L. Baker as a partner and Michael P. Morrow as an associate to the firm's Princeton, N.J. office of Hill Wallack LLP. Both Mr. Baker and Mr. Morrow are members of the Real Estate and Corporate Law practice groups and join us from Subranni Zauber LLC.

Mr. Baker focuses his real estate practice on purchase, sale, financing, leasing, and development of all forms of residential and commercial property. He represents real estate investors and private equity firms with various real estate portfolio holdings. He also represents business entities in contract negotiations for the purchase and sale of assets and products and provides general representation in business transactions.

Mr. Baker is admitted to practice law in New Jersey (2003) and New York (2004). He earned his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law and his B.A. in Political Science from Fairfield University. He is a New Jersey certified foreclosure mediator and instructs various courses for CLE credits.

Mr. Morrow concentrates his practice in matters of Real Estate Law, Creditors’ Rights/Bankruptcy and Corporate Law, including: Negotiating and drafting commercial real estate contracts for medical, industrial, office and multi-unit apartment spaces; representing individuals and investors in high volume practice of residential real estate transactions; representing business entities in contract negotiations for the purchase and sale of assets and provides general representations in business transactions; representing Landlords and Tenants in both commercial and residential leases; negotiating with lenders on various distressed real estate sales both commercial and residential; and representing Debtors, Creditors, and Trustees in Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy matters.

Mr. Morrow is admitted to practice law in New Jersey (2008), New York (2010) and in all the state courts for New Jersey and New York, the United States District Courts for the District of New Jersey and the Southern District of New York. He earned his J.D. from New York Law School and his B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Dickinson College.
