Land Use Attorney
Hill Wallack LLP is looking for a full time New Jersey licensed attorney with 3 - 7 years’ land use experience, ideally including affordable housing matters. The attorney will be based in our Princeton, NJ office with flexibility for some remote work. Hill Wallack is an Equal Opportunity Employer and diverse candidates are encouraged to apply. Writing sample and references are required. A clerkship following law school is preferred although not required. Competitive salary commensurate with experience. Qualifications- Strong background in law, with specific experience in land use matters
- Excellent research and negotiation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar in New Jersey
Salary: $95k – 105k
