Yardley, Pa. - L. Stephen Pastor, partner in Hill Wallack LLP's Yardley office, has been appointed as a member of the Entrepreneurial Assistance Committee of the Central Bucks County Chamber of Commerce.

The Entrepreneurial Assistance Committee assists businesses in various stages of operation, including: start-ups, newly formed entities, maturing and matured businesses through confidential consultations with advisors through a Member Advisory Program. The Committee also presents seminars which focus on marketing and management issues, as well as roundtable discussions. The Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce was established in 1946 by 12 area businesspersons and has since grown its membership to over 2,600 members.

Mr. Pastor is a member of Hill Wallack LLP’s Real Estate and Business & Commercial practice groups. He concentrates his practice in the areas of redevelopment law, commercial leasing, financial transactions, regulatory practice, liquor license transfers and real estate development.
