On Wednesday March 10, 2022 the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania invited Hill Wallack counsel Cassi Martin to serve as a Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ). Ms. Martin practices in Hill Wallack’s workers’ compensation department, where she represents employers, self-insureds and employers in all aspects of workers comp law. In addition to litigating cases throughout Pennsylvania, Cassi provided her clients with cost-effective and meaningful legal advice. Prior to joining Hill Wallack, Cassi served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Jeffrey L. Finley of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas. Cassi earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and is a graduate of Marist College. Hill Wallack’s managing partner, Michael Kahme, summed it up: “Hill Wallack’s loss will be the Commonwealth’s gain.  Cassi is an outstanding lawyer and has been an asset to the firm. Pennsylvania’s Workers’ Comp system will be greatly benefitted by her ascension to the Bench. We are incredibly proud of Cassi.”
