    Hill Wallack Partner Kenneth R. Sauter Receives Morris Habitat For Humanity Donald H. Kuhn Inspiration Award

    Princeton, NJ February 26, 2021 -- On Thursday, February 25, 2021, Kenneth R. Sauter, partner in the Cedar Knolls, N.J. office of Hill Wallack and current Morris Habitat For Humanity (MH4H) Board President was honored with the Donald H. Kuhn Inspiration Award during the (MH4H) Virtual Gala! The Donald H. Kuhn Inspiration Award was created in 2017. This award is given annually at Morris Habitat for Humanity’s Annual Hearts & Hammers Gala to honor volunteers who exemplify his spirit, dedication and compassion. Ken has guided (MH4H) through the pandemic, their recent expansion, and much more. Ken and his wife Christi are also future co-chairs of their Bennett Avenue Project. “Serving Morris Habitat as a director and as president has truly been rewarding and humbling,” Mr. Sauter said. “ I will always be grateful for the experience.  I thank my fellow directors and the leaders, staff and volunteers of Morris Habitat, particularly for their ability to continue Habitat for Humanity’s mission notwithstanding the many challenges faced during the past pandemic year.”

    Mr. Sauter is a member of the firm’s Community Associations, Real Estate, and Banking & Financial Services Practice Groups. His practice is devoted to real estate matters, with particular emphasis on the representation of community associations. His practice includes commercial real estate transactions, leasing and financing; representation of commercial lenders, including community association lenders; land use and development; and general business representation.

    Mr. Sauter has held other leadership roles, such as president of the New Jersey Chapter of Community Associations Institute in 2015 and chairperson of the chapter’s Legislative Action, Editorial and Education Committees.

    In addition to his work for Habitat, Mr. Sauter serves as a member of the Housing Partnership of Morris County Home Ownership Center Advisory Committee, and is a member of the Executive Board of The Arc of Essex County.
