On May 19, the Mercer County Bar Association will hold a virtual CLE program on COVID-19: Real Estate Updates on Landlord/Tenant, Sheriff’s Sales and Bankruptcies featuring Hill Wallack lawyers Michael Kahme, the MCBA President-Elect (moderator) and panelists Sean Adams, Elizabeth Holdren, Michael Morrow and Keith Salmeri.Hill Wallack Lawyers to Present Mercer County Bar Association Virtual CLE Program on COVID-19: Real Estate Updates on Landlord/Tenant, Sheriff's Sales and Bankruptcies
The program will explore the impact of COVID-19 on the current real estate market. The panelists will also discuss commercial and residential foreclosures, the impact of bankruptcy filings on real estate and where we are today in light of the NJ Governor’s order.
The program is free for real estate members, all other members cost $10 and non members are $35.
