

Raquel Felix
New York, NY- Raquel Felix is Counsel in the New York City office of Hill Wallack LLP. She is a member of the Credit Rights/Bankruptcy practice group.
She concentrates her practice in representing Creditors’ interest in the various stages of the bankruptcy process, including filing proof of claims, asserting priority claims, challenging the discharge of debts, and seeking relief from the automatic stay.
Ms. Felix strives to maximize her clients’ potential recovery from the Debtor’s bankruptcy estate, whether through negotiation, litigation or exploring various legal strategies. She has represented various mortgage servicers and auto servicers.
Ms. Felix is admitted to practice in the State Courts of New York (2008) and Georgia (2025) and the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts in New York—Eastern District (2008), Southern District (2009), Northern District (2010), and Western District (2010). She received her law degree from Albany Law School. Following law school, Ms. Felix served a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Christopher M. Klein, U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judge for the Eastern District of California. She is a graduate of Binghamton University. Ms. Felix is proficient in Spanish and serves as the Co-Chair of the Loss Mitigation Panel for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court Eastern District’s Consumer Law Advisory Committee.
