- Morgan L. Kennedy (Pyle) is an Associate in Hill Wallack’s Workers’ Compensation Department working out of the Princeton office. In her practice, she represents insurance companies and their insureds in a diverse array of workers’ compensation matters.
Ms. Kennedy is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey (2021) and Pennsylvania (2024). Ms. Kennedy earned her J.D. as a part-time student from Rutgers Law School-Camden while working at a South Jersey consulting firm. While in law school, Ms. Kennedy was involved in many activities including the Mortgage Foreclosure Pro Bono Project, the Journal of Law and Public Policy, and Hunter Moot Court. At graduation Ms. Kennedy received the Nicholas and Kathleen Talvacchia Land Use and Real Estate Development Award and the Clinical Legal Education Association award. Following graduation, Ms. Kennedy served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable John C. Eastlack, Jr. and also served as one of New Jersey’s first Landlord Tenant Legal Specialists.
