Kristine is Counsel in the Princeton office and is a member of the Firm’s Complex Litigation practice group as well as the Intellectual Property and Life Sciences practice groups.
Kristine focuses her practice on complex civil litigation in the District Court of New Jersey. She has litigated patent, trademark, and copyright infringement matters, as well as false advertising and unfair competition cases.
Kristine’s practice also includes working with her clients to develop their brands and protect their U.S. and international trademark portfolios, which includes assisting them with trademark selection and clearance. She also guides them in the trademark registration process, and assists with the maintenance of their trademarks. In addition, she has experience litigating trademark matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Prior to joining Hill Wallack, Kristine served as a law clerk to the Honorable Tonianne J. Bongiovanni and the Honorable Lois H. Goodman (ret.) of the United States District Court of the District of New Jersey. In addition, she was a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Arthur V. Guerrera (ret.) and the Honorable James E. Isman (Esq.) of the Superior Court of New Jersey in Atlantic County.
Kristine is a Master of the John C. Lifland American Inn of Court, where she is on the Executive Committee and serves as the Inn's Program Chair. She is also a Past President of the New Jersey Intellectual Property Law Association (NJIPLA) and the past chair of the NJIPLA's Jefferson Medal Committee.
Kristine is admitted to practice before the bar of New Jersey; the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the Third Circuit; the U.S. District Courts for the District of New Jersey, the Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of New York, and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
