Mr. Muller concentrates his practice on the representation of financial institutions in all aspects of creditors rights and bankruptcy as well as residential and commercial mortgage lending and enforcement of lenders’ rights. Mr. Muller has also represented community associations in matters involving lien foreclosure, interpretation of governing documents and debt disputes.
Mr. Muller is admitted to practice law in the State of New York (2014), State of Pennsylvania (2018), United States District Court (Southern, Eastern Districts of New York). He received his J.D. from Pace University School of Law and he earned his B.A. from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, where he graduated summa cum laude.
