Ms. Hines is a graduate of Widener University, School of Law. During her time in Law School, she interned for the Chester County District Attorney’s Office and for Delaware County Common Pleas Judge, Kathrynann W. Durham.
After Law School, Heather spent 9 years as an Assistant District Attorney in Montgomery County where she focused her litigation skills on prosecuting offenders for gun, drug, violent crime, and sex offenses. She received multiple awards for her work on violent crimes, for her successful prosecutions in the Pottstown area and for a first-degree murder conviction she achieved.
As an associate for the Senior Law Center, she opened the Bucks County Office of this non-profit as an organization for senior crime victims. In the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office, she became Chief of the Forfeiture Unit and subsequently clerked for the Honorable Stephen A. Corr upon leaving the District Attorney’s Office.
Later entering private practice. Her practice is focused on Family and criminal law. handling divorce, support, custody, PFAs and other similar matters.
Ms. Hines is an active member of the Bucks and Montgomery County Bar Associations, the Family Law Section of the Pennsylvania and Bucks and Montgomery County Bar Associations, and is admitted to practice in the Federal Courts of the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania.
