- Hana is an Associate of Hill Wallack LLP in the Princeton, NJ office, where she is a member of the firm’s Complex Litigation practice group as well as the Banking & Financial Services, Redevelopment, Intellectual Property and Life Sciences practice groups. Hana has a wide-ranging litigation practice encompassing commercial litigation, complex civil litigation, and appellate matters in both federal and state courts.
Prior to joining Hill Wallack, Hana served as a law clerk to the Honorable Lisa A. Firko, J.A.D. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. While earning her J.D., Hana was a judicial intern to the Honorable Edward S. Kiel, U.S.D.J. in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and recognized for her work with Seton Hall Law Center for Social Justice Immigrants’ Rights & International Human Rights Clinic, for making the Most Significant Contribution to the clinical programs overall.
Hana is a former investment banker, having spent many years working for one of the largest financial institutions in Korea, advising corporate clients on cross-border deals, initial public offerings, and structured finance transactions.
Hana earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and her bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado Boulder. Hana is fluent in Korean.
