Genavieve Jaffe

- Genavieve C. Jaffe is Counsel in the Yardley, Pennsylvania office of Hill Wallack LLP and a member of the firm’s Creditors’ Rights Litigation Practice Group.
Ms. Jaffe focuses her practice on representing financial services companies in litigation involving state and federal consumer finance laws. She regularly represents mortgage servicers, lenders, and other financial institutions in matters pending in state and federal courts and has experience handling both plaintiff-side and defense-side litigation.
Ms. Jaffe received her Juris Doctor from Pace University School of Law, where she served as Captain of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court Team and ranked third among approximately 1,500 oral advocates competing in Vienna, Austria. She earned her undergraduate degree from The Pennsylvania State University, where she was a varsity gymnast.
