He previously served as Special Litigation Counsel to Harrison Township in Gloucester County, where he successfully defended claims at both the trial and appellate levels, resulting in significant cost savings to the municipality. During his tenure, he also successfully pursued bond claims against sureties, enabling completion of unfinished site improvements within a major subdivision.

In addition to his construction and commercial litigation practice, Andrew represents a diverse client base that includes real estate developers, financial institutions, suppliers, national equipment rental companies, casinos, and businesses across a variety of industries. His practical approach and litigation experience allow him to deliver focused, results-driven representation tailored to each client’s objectives.
