Christopher Lugara, Esq. is an associate in the Princeton office of Hill Wallack LLP and a member of the Community Associations practice group.
Chris is a graduate of the University of Scranton. He graduated from Rutgers Law School-Newark in 2018 with a Certificate in Corporate and Business Law. After law school, Chris clerked for the Honorable J. Randall Corman, J.S.C. in the Special Civil Part for Middlesex County Superior Court.
Chris was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 2019 and was admitted to practice in the New Jersey District Court in 2020. Chris has been a certified mediator in the State since 2018.
Chris concentrates his practice in community association law as he routinely provides legal services and advice to HOA, condominium and cooperative Boards throughout the State in all aspects of governance such as, contract negotiations, annual elections, collections and general corporate governance. Chris also has extensive experience in the areas of landlord tenant and real estate. Chris obtained his real estate license in September 2023.
Chris has been affiliated with CAI since 2019. Chris is a CAI-NJ Certified Educated Business Partner and has also been a member of the CAI-NJ Business Partner Committee.
