Mr. Parada is a civil litigator with experience representing public entities, school districts, and insured defendants in complex matters involving constitutional claims, personal injury, and governmental liability. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Parada was a prosecutor, where he developed substantial courtroom and trial experience handling evidentiary hearings, motion practice, and contested proceedings.
Mr. Parada earned his J.D. from New York Law School and his B.S. in Management and Labor Relations from Rutgers University-New Brunswick. Mr. Parada is admitted to practice law in New Jersey (2025).
