About NJLJ's The New Leaders of the Bar

The New Leaders of the Bar strives to identify attorneys representing the future of the legal profession in New Jersey. This annual award is presented to a select number of lawyers yet to reach the age of 40 who have built accomplished careers and established themselves as leaders within their firms, as well as within the legal community as a whole. Each year, the Law Journal compiles a list of promising young professionals in New Jersey’s legal community from selection criteria, which includes development of practice niches, demonstrated leadership qualities, expertise in litigation, commitment to pro bono and charitable volunteer work, and other factors that distinguish an individual among their peers.
