    Hill Wallack LLP Promotes Two Attorneys

    News Release

    Princeton, NJ February 2, 2018 --- Hill Wallack LLP is pleased to announce the promotion of two of its attorneys. Ozge Otarsi-McCue and Cassi Martin have been made Counsel to the firm. Ms. Otarsi-McCue is in the Princeton, NJ office and Ms. Martin is in the Yardley, PA office.

    Ms. Otarsi-McCue is a member of the Banking & Financial Services, Real Estate and Creditors' Rights/Bankruptcy practice groups. Ms. Otarsi-McCue has specialized knowledge in complex financial transactions and focuses her practice in representing lending institutions and borrowers in connection with commercial, construction and purchase money financings, including those related to apartment buildings, retail establishments, shopping centers and mixed-use commercial developments. Her practice also includes handling commercial acquisitions, dispositions and residential purchase and sale transactions. Ms. Otarsi-McCue also routinely represents creditors and financial institutions in foreclosure and bankruptcy matters and makes regular appearances in bankruptcy, chancery and federal courts throughout the State of New Jersey, advocating for lender’s rights.

    Ms. Martin is a member of the Workers’ Compensation and Intellectual Property practice groups. Ms. Martin concentrates her practice to the defense of employers, self-insureds and insurance companies against workers’ compensation claims. She successfully represents both large and small corporations in a variety of matters, including occupational disease, specific loss and amputation, subrogation, psychological, and medical utilization review claims at both the trial and appellate levels. Ms. Martin assists clients in the development of claim reduction strategies and implementation of loss mitigation tactics. Her focus is on limiting her client’s exposure throughout the claims’ process. Ms. Martin is also experienced in the area of trademark and copyright law and has assisted various clients in obtaining protection for their intellectual property, as well as defending their assets.
