Princeton, NJ January 18, 2018 --- Hill Wallack LLP Managing Partner Michael Kahme was sworn in last night as Secretary of the Mercer County Bar Association (MCBA). The installation took place at the association’s General Membership Meeting and Installation Dinner. Mr. Kahme has been active with MCBA since 1985, beginning with his service as a member of the Young Lawyers Committee. Mr. Kahme also served as Trustee from 2010 – 2016.

The membership meeting and installation dinner took place at Stone Terrace by John Henry in Hamilton. Also sworn in were Angelo Onofri, Esq. as President; Brian J. Duff, Esq. as President-Elect; James Creegan, Esq. as Vice-President; and Tanya Phillips, Esq. as Treasurer. The Trustees installed are Melissa Chimbangu, Esq., Doris Galuchie, Esq., Jeffrey Gradone, Esq., Lauren Scardella, Esq. and Ross Switkes, Esq.

Michael Kahme is Managing Partner of Hill Wallack LLP and is a member of the firm’s Creditors’ Rights/Bankruptcy practice group. Mr. Kahme concentrates his practice in all matters of creditors’ rights and bankruptcy, including workouts, commercial foreclosures, asset purchases, receivership actions, pendente lite sales, lender liability lawsuits, representation of secured creditors in bankruptcy cases, commercial litigation and fraud litigation. Mr. Kahme resides in Hopewell Township, New Jersey.
