Significant developments in community association law will be the focus of this program. Recurrent Issues, such as the collection of delinquent assessments, the conduct of meetings and association affairs, and mortgage foreclosure and election reform efforts, will be discussed. This panel will evaluate existing laws, such as the Municipal Services Act, and spotlight legislative efforts and court decisions impacting this practice.
