    This seminar will be presented by members of the NJSBA Family Law Section and will cover the new child support termination statute, recent case law regarding savings accounts in divorce matters, judicial independence in the Family Court, child interviews by judges in the Family Court, asset distribution for non-marital long-term relationships where the parties marry briefly and then divorce, marijuana use and use of other drugs in child custody matters, and a comparison of divorces in the Netherlands to divorces in New Jersey. Ms. Bhattacharya also will discuss the Hague Convention and the basics of international custody and abduction.

    Supti Bhattacharya is a partner in the Princeton, N.J. office of Hill Wallack LLP, where she is Chairperson of the firm’s New Jersey Family Law practice group.
