Princeton, NJ August 25, 2016 --- Hill Wallack family law and matrimonial law attorney, Supti Bhattacharya will be participating as a speaker on November 18, 2016, at the NJAJ Meadowlands Seminar 2016. Ms. Bhattacharya will be presenting on the fee arbitration process and key points to consider when preparing fee agreements in family law and matrimonial law matters. Ms. Bhattacharya will also participate as a panel member on charging liens and other topics. Other panel members will discuss fee agreements in personal injury, employment and commercial litigation matters.

Supti Bhattacharya is Chairperson of the firm’s New Jersey Family Law practice group. Ms. Bhattacharya represents clients exclusively in the areas of family law and matrimonial law, including: Divorce; Separation; Domestic Violence; Child Custody, including International Custody; UCCJEA; Relocation; Child Support; Alimony; Child Emancipation; Equitable Distribution of Assets, including hidden assets and foreign assets; Pre-Nuptial Agreements, and Mid-Marriage Agreements.
