    Hill Wallack LLP partner Supti Bhattacharya Appointed to NJSBA’s Bylaws and Resolutions Committee

    Princeton, NJ June 21, 2016 --- Hill Wallack LLP partner Supti Bhattacharya has been appointed by the New Jersey State Bar Association to serve as Chair of the Bylaws and Resolutions Committee for 2016-2017. Ms. Bhattacharya has been involved with the Bylaws and Resolutions Committee since 2014.

    Supti Bhattacharya is Chairperson of the firm’s New Jersey Family Law practice group. Ms. Bhattacharya represents clients exclusively in the areas of family law and matrimonial law, including: Divorce; Separation; Domestic Custody and International Custody; Child Support; Alimony; College Tuition and College Expense Contribution; Child Emancipation; Equitable Distribution of Assets; Domestic Violence; Pre-Nuptial Agreements; and Mid-Marriage Agreements.

    The New Jersey State Bar Association’s Bylaws and Resolutions Committee conducts periodic reviews of the Association’s bylaws to remove all ambiguities and provide clarifications and changes required in response to practical difficulties encountered in particular situations. Reviews and recommends changes and clarifications, if necessary, and approves the bylaws of the Association’s sections and Young Lawyers Division. Drafts and presents resolutions which segments of the Association wish to bring before the membership for approval and administers and records the vote on such resolutions.
