    Who is a parent? This program will explore the answer to that question. The panelists will explore the concept of parentage within the Parentage Act and relevant case law. They will compare that with the Uniform Act and applications of the same in the context of “do-it-yourself” methods for procreation and establishing parentage, including turkey baster insemination, private agreement, assisted reproductive technology and surrogacy, donor agreements, and psychological parentage.
