Katz, partner in the Princeton, N.J. office of Hill Wallack LLP, and member of the firm's Community Associations practice group, will be a moderator at CAI Pennsylvania and Delaware Valley Chapter's New Jersey Regional Council Mini Trade Show & Education Forum on Thursday, October 1, 2015.
Join an experienced panel of experts in an interactive discussion on risk assessment and risk management for condominiums and homeowners associations. Topics will include: fire safety and prevention; dealing with insurance issues involving association amentities, such as the clubhouse, pool and playgrounds; and Fair Housing issues, including comfort animals, parking and use of the clubhouse.
