Ethics and Confidentiality for Board Members
The topics covered by the presentation will include dealing with issues of confidentiality for board members, both involving board meetings and otherwise, as well as dealing with ethical issues, including conflicts of interest. The program will also include a community manager to discuss management's perspective on these issues.

About the speaker:
Jonathan H. Katz is a partner in the Princeton, N.J. office of Hill Wallack LLP and a member of the firm’s Community Associations practice group. Mr. Katz concentrates his practice in the areas of community association law and general litigation, representing condominium and homeowners associations throughout New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania.
