Hill Wallack LLP Adds Two New Attorneys
Princeton, NJ – Two new lawyers, Eric H. Bennett and Mark A. Roney, both counsel, have recently joined Hill Wallack LLP’s Princeton office.
Eric H. Bennett is a member of the firm’s Trial & Insurance practice group where he provides counsel on various legal, pharmaceutical and corporate issues. Mr. Bennett also manages statewide litigation for corporate clients in various areas of civil litigation, including conducting trials, preparing defenses and supervising trial team and appellate matters.
A graduate from Rutgers University School of Law, Mr. Bennett is admitted to practice in the state of New Jersey. He is certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney.
Mark A. Roney is a member of the Creditors’ Rights and Complex Litigation practice groups where he concentrates his practice in bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, financial services, banking litigation, and complex commercial litigation. Mr. Roney represents national and regional banks in litigation involving various claims including commercial loan defaults, commercial and residential foreclosures, deposit account agreements, negotiable instruments, lending practices and consumer fraud. He also represents creditors and other interested parties in all phases of bankruptcy proceedings in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 cases, including claims filing, stay relief, proposed treatment of creditors’ claims and contesting confirmation.
A graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law, Mr. Roney is admitted to practice in the state of New Jersey.
