Princeton, NJ – Four new lawyers have recently joined Hill Wallack LLP: Barbara M. Kirk, Shane T. Prince, Donald F. Burke Jr. and Wade D. Koenecke.

Barbara M. Kirk is a partner in the Yardley, Pa. office of the firm, where she is a member of the Family Law and Municipal Law practice groups. Ms. Kirk concentrates in domestic relations, custody, and adoption. As a family law practitioner, Ms. Kirk has handled numerous cases in divorce, distribution of assets, support and custody, often dealing with complex issues as self-employed business owners, limited partnerships, high salaried employees, tax ramifications and other issues.

As a municipal law practitioner, Ms. Kirk provides legal services to various townships in Bucks County. Her representation includes general litigation of property violations, zoning code violations, contract disputes and other litigation involving municipalities. As solicitor for several Bucks County zoning hearing boards, Ms. Kirk has handled multiple and sometimes complex zoning litigation through common pleas courts and Commonwealth Court.

Shane T. Prince is counsel in the Princeton, New Jersey office where he is a member of the Product Liability, Trial & Insurance Defense, and Insurance Coverage practice groups. He has more than 11 years of experience representing and advising clients in a variety of complex civil cases in federal and state courts, including product liability/mass tort litigations, medical monitoring and consumer fraud class actions, and individual cases involving product liability, personal injury, and contract disputes. He has extensive expertise litigating every phase of a case’s life cycle from initiation to resolution. Mr. Prince’s practice focuses on managing complex litigation to expedient and efficient resolution.

Donald F. Burke Jr. is an associate in the Princeton, NJ office. He is a member of the firm’s Litigation Division and its Trial & Insurance Defense, Insurance Coverage and Employment & Labor Law practice groups. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Burke served as Law Clerk to Honorable Carmen Messano, Presiding Judge for Administration of the Appellate Division, and as Law Clerk to Honorable Karen M. Cassidy, Assignment Judge of the Superior Court, Union County.

Wade D. Koenecke is an associate in the Princeton, NJ office. He is a member of the firm’s Litigation Division and the Administrative Law/Government Contracts practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Koenecke served as a law clerk to the Honorable Joseph L. Yannotti, New Jersey Appellate Division, Newark, NJ.
