Mr. Thomas F. Carroll, III will be speaking on "Sandy" related laws, including Automatic Variance Exemption, the new Home Improvement Contractor Badge Requirement and COAH status update.

About the speaker:

Thomas F. Carroll, III is a partner in the Princeton, N.J. office of Hill Wallack LLP and is partner-in-charge of the Land Use Division.

He has significant experience in the land development application and permitting process, as well as the litigation of land use matters at the trial level and in the appellate courts.

Continuing Education credits for NJ engineers are approved.
