United Way of Bucks County Honors Partner Francis J. Sullivan
Yardley, Pa – Francis J. Sullivan, Managing Partner of Hill Wallack LLP’s Yardley office, has been awarded the Dr. Stanton Kelton Service Award from the United Way of Bucks County. This award recognizes an individual who has made significant contributions to the goals of the United Way of Bucks County and its mission in the community.
Mr. Sullivan is currently Vice President of Family Service Association of Bucks County. He is also the Corporate Secretary of the United Way of Bucks County and member of the Bucks County Council Executive Board of the Boy Scouts of America. He is Past President of the Bucks County Bar Association, as well as its Charitable Foundation and the most recent winner of the Mark E. Goldberg Community Service Award, honoring a member of the Association who demonstrates a continuing commitment to community service outside the legal profession.
Mr. Sullivan is partner-in-charge of the Hill Wallack LLP’s Business & Commercial and Trusts & Estates practice groups. He represents corporate entities and partnerships in a wide variety of business transactions and related litigation. Clients count on Mr. Sullivan to advise them on issues that arise during the entire life cycles of their businesses, from start-up and acquisition, to disposition and estate planning. He is a graduate of LaSalle University and Temple University School of Law.
