Yardley, Pa – Hill Wallack LLP announces that Felicity Sara Hanks has joined the firm as an associate in the Employment & Labor practice group. Ms. Hanks will concentrate on Employment, Labor, Municipal and School Law, and related litigation. She will work from the firm’s Yardley office.

Ms. Hanks represents private and public entities as well as financial institutions, businesses, and individuals in all aspects of labor and employment. She frequently prepares and argues motions before the Superior Courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania Courts of Common Pleas.

Ms. Hanks is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey, and the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey. She earned her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and her B.A. from Brandeis University. Following law school Ms. Hanks served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable C. Theodore Fritsch, Jr. of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas.
