Princeton, NJ – Michael S. Karpoff, of Highland Park, partner in Hill Wallack LLP’s Princeton office and member of the firm’s Community Association Group, will be speaking at the upcoming New Jersey Education: DCA Inspections seminar. It will be hosted by the Community Associations Institute Pennsylvania & Delaware Valley Chapter which serves Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, and Northern Delaware. Hill Wallack LLP will be a sponsor of this event.

This program will review New Jersey Department of Community Affairs (DCA) inspections and compliance with the Hotel and Multiple Dwelling Act, construction code issues, interacting with the DCA and properly handling violations, and how community associations may avoid fines and penalties, as well as requirements for alternative dispute resolution.

This presentation will be held on Friday, November 16, 2012 at Kings Grant Open Space Association, 50 Landings Road, in Marlton, NJ. Registration and breakfast will be at 8:30 AM followed by the program at 9:00 AM. Managers will receive two hours of continuing education credit for attending this program.
