Hill Wallack LLP Partner to speak at the Bucks County Bar Association’s annual Bench Bar Conference

Timothy J. Duffy, Partner in Hill Wallack LLP’s Yardley, PA office, will be a panelist at a seminar sponsored by the Civil Litigation Section of the Bar Association at the upcoming Bucks County Bar Association’s annual Bench Bar Conference. Mr. Duffy will be presenting “Equitable Remedies in Commercial Litigation” along with Judge James McMaster of the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County. They will provide their fellow practitioners with tips and insight into the substantive and procedural aspects of seeking and obtaining equitable relief from the Court, most particularly emergency relief, such as preliminary injunctions to prevent the breach of restrictive covenants in employment contracts and challenges to the award of bids on public contracts.
Other panelists include Judges Robert O. Baldi and Gary Gilman of the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County. The Bench Bar Conference will be held Thursday, October 4 through Saturday October 6 at the Turf Valley Resort in Ellicott City, Maryland.
