    Hill Wallack LLP Partner Henry T. Chou Named to New Jersey Law Journal's ‘40 under 40’

    Princeton, NJ -- Hill Wallack LLP Partner Henry T. Chou has been named to the New Jersey Law Journal's 2010 ‘40 Under 40,’ which features up-and-coming attorneys throughout the state. Henry, 35, is a partner in the firm's Land Use Group. He has extensive knowledge concerning the state and federal statutory, constitutional and regulatory principles that arise in New Jersey's often challenging real estate development climate.

    Henry is editor and a contributing author of the New Jersey Land Use Law blog (www.nj-landuselaw.com). He has developed a particular focus on green building and environmental issues, and he recently presented at the New Jersey Builders Association's first-ever Virtual Green Build Event (a completely virtual conference) on green building incentives.

    Henry represents developers, public entities, property owners and nonprofit organizations in a wide variety of redevelopment and construction matters involving residential, commercial industrial and public projects. His work includes zoning matters and related litigation, and he serves as Special Affordable Housing Counsel to several municipalities.

    He has served on the Board of Directors of the Land Use Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the Environmental Affairs Committee, New Jersey Builders Association. His pro bono efforts include assisting property owners referred by the New Jersey GASP (Global Advisors on Smokefree Policy) concerning legal options to remedy secondhand smoke infiltration from neighbor's homes.
