Hill Wallack Managing Partner Michael Kahme stated, “With a resumé like his, full of history and accomplishments, we are thrilled to welcome Judge Falcetano to the team at Hill Wallack.”

Judge Falcetano serves as a member of Hill Wallack’s Alternative Dispute Resolution practice. His practice focuses on mediation and arbitration of a wide variety of matters. Alternative Dispute Resolution, or “ADR,” is a process whereby parties in litigation can save substantial time and money by opting for a process to resolve an outstanding matter without having to go to court. Many disputes can be subject to ADR, whether through an insurance policy, or by a specific contractual provision, or upon agreement of the parties themselves to pursue the ADR process.

Hill Wallack’s ADR practice group attorneys have earned the respect of their peers for their hard work, temperament, judgment and wide range of legal experience. These qualities are crucial to those embroiled in legal disputes, who require the knowledge, attention and professionalism of the Hill Wallack ADR attorneys to facilitate fair resolutions to litigants, efficiently and, ultimately, economically.

Judge Falcetano is the latest high-profile addition to the Hill Wallack team, which has added several new attorneys to the Firm over the last several months including Fred Raffetto and George McGowan.
