McGowan will be bringing 27 years of experience to Hill Wallack LLP’s Red Bank, New Jersey Office and specializes in areas such as general corporate counsel, litigation, and drafting and negotiating sales contracts. With a history as both general counsel at global corporations, as well as outside counsel to companies of all sizes, his experience and insight across a broad range of practice areas has earned him a strong reputation among clients as “trusted counsel.”
Hill Wallack Managing Partner Michael Kahme said, “We opened the Red Bank office in October 2018 as part of our strategic growth. There is tremendous opportunity in the Monmouth County area, and we have made a significant commitment to serve those communities. Our vision is to have a major, full-service office for the Red Bank region.”

Since starting with the firm in Red Bank, McGowan has had several walk-in clients who are excited to have access to him and the entire Hill Wallack firm in this part of the state.
In addition to McGowan, the Red Bank office is also onboarding a family law associate in mid-July. Cynthia Hawkins is slated to start July 18 and will build upon the already busy practice group with the support of the Hill Wallack team.
George is an active part of the community, and enjoys walking the streets in Red Bank, the boardwalks along the shore, and engaging in various volunteer efforts in the area.
