Community Association partner Jonathan Katz to present at CAI Keystone Annual Conference & Expo
On Thursday, May 12, 2022, Hill Wallack LLP partner Jonathan Katz will be on a panel for Legalities & Logistics of Electronic Voting in Pennsylvania and New Jersey at the Community Associations Institute Keystone Chapter’s Annual Conference & Expo. Jon will be joined by co-presenters Matt Collins, Esq, Horn Williamson and Cathi Sleight of VoteHOANow.
The panelists will discuss the legal issues that both PA and NJ community associations must be aware of before utilizing electronic voting and also discuss how an electronic voting services work.
