HILL WALLACK DOUBLES NORTHERN NEW JERSEY OFFICE SPACE TO SERVE CLIENTS AND EMPLOYEES
Princeton-based law firm eyes future as it expands Cedar Knolls office to collaborate with clients and recruit attorneys

February 16, 2022 (Cedar Knolls, NJ): Hill Wallack LLP announced today it doubled its space in Cedar Knolls, a strategic move that makes the firm’s offices more accessible to clients and accommodates its continued growth.

Growing the firm’s footprint in the northern part of New Jersey was necessary to best serve clients, continue to recruit exceptional legal talent and invest in new practices.

“We made the decision to expand after thoughtful consideration, notwithstanding these challenging times,” said Managing Partner Michael Kahme. “This expansion is further validation of the tremendous opportunities in that region, allowing us to be closer to our clients to better serve their needs.”

The firm is currently evaluating its space needs, and planning for the future with smart growth in practice areas, Kahme said.

“We have been very successful in expanding our footprint in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York, the results of which have been the overall growth of the firm,” Kahme said.

The firm has expanded several times since it opened its Morristown, New Jersey office in 2013 and added partners, Kenneth R. Sauter and Caroline Record. Just four years later, the firm relocated to its Cedar Knolls location.

The Cedar Knolls office will remain at 240 Cedar Knolls Road, but will move to suite 400, which is twice the size of its previous suite. The offices are designed to foster innovation and collaboration between attorneys and with clients, said Record, a member of the firm’s Community Associations and Real Estate groups.

“This expansion provides the opportunity for other practice areas in the firm to become more established and have more access to different clients,” Record said, noting that existing clients are familiar with the location and like its convenience.

Founded in 1978, Hill Wallack LLP is a leading law firm with offices in Princeton, Cedar Knolls, Cherry Hill and Red Bank, New Jersey; Yardley, Pennsylvania; and New York City. With over 80 attorneys, the firm represents businesses, nonprofit and government entities and individuals in litigation, transactional and regulatory issues.
