Michelle Stranen, Esq. and Jonathan Katz, Esq. will discuss collection topics including foreclosure, bankruptcy, obtaining and collecting judgments on that difficult owner, and how the pandemic has affected all of the above. And not to worry, we will cover the laws on both sides of the river (PA & NJ).
