Ryan O'Sullivan Joins Real Estate Practice Group

We welcome Ryan P. O’Sullivan as an associate in the Princeton, NJ office in our Real Estate practice group.

 

Ryan represents clients in all facets of residential and commercial real estate transactions with a focus on REO bank owned sales. He counsels clients on transactional strategies, provides legal risk assessments, supports transactions and conducts due diligence. Ryan also has experience with civil litigation, personal injury and land use litigation.
