    Hill Wallack LLP is Pleased to Announce the Addition of One Attorney and Two Foreclosure Paralegals to the firm's Growing Practice in NYC

    Raquel Felix joins Hill Wallack LLP as Counsel in the Creditors’ Rights/Bankruptcy practice group. Raquel is a seasoned bankruptcy litigator with 13 years of experience. Her practice focuses primarily on representing Secured Creditors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 matters. Raquel also handles all Bankruptcy Loss Mitigation matters in the Southern, Eastern and Northern District of New York Bankruptcy Courts. Prior to joining Hill Wallack, Raquel managed a National Loss Mitigation Bankruptcy Department with RAS Boriskin, LLC located in Westbury, New York. Raquel also served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Christopher M. Klein in the Eastern District of California Bankruptcy Court. Raquel is currently Co-Chair of the Consumer Lawyers Advisory Group Central Islip Division’s Loss Mitigation Sub-Committee. 

    Mary Marsh joined Hill Wallack LLP in January 2021, as a Paralegal in the firm’s New York Creditors’ Rights practice group. Prior to joining Hill Wallack LLP, Mary was a Senior Foreclosure Paralegal with Roach & Lin, P.C, located in Syosset, New York, where she primarily focused on Quality Control. Mary has 21 years of experience working as a Default Servicing paralegal, Mary also managed a firm for 9 years.  Mary has worked on all areas of default servicing, which include Bankruptcy, Evictions, REO’s and Surplus Monies proceedings. Regardless of deadlines or other pressures Mary, has always been able to deliver and provide exceptional customer service. Through the years Mary has obtained multiple skills that have helped her become the successful paralegal that she is. Mary earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from SUNY Old Westbury and a Paralegal Associates from New York Career Institute.

    Claumery Cabrera joined Hill Wallack LLP in September 2020 as a Paralegal in the firm’s Creditors’ Rights practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Claumery was a Senior Litigation Paralegal at The Margolin & Weinreb Law Group located in Syosset, New York. Claumery has 6.5 years of experience working as a paralegal focusing primarily in foreclosures. Claumery uses her considerable multitasking skills and customer service experience to provide direct support to our attorneys and clients. A true New Yorker, Claumery enjoys, exploring the city, good eats and traveling. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from CUNY Hunter College.
