    Hill Wallack Community Associations partner Caroline Record Elected as President of the Executive Board for the Foundation of Community Association Research (FCAR)

    News Release

    Caroline Record, CCAL, partner in Hill Wallack LLP’s Cedar Knolls, NJ office has been named President of the Executive Board for the Foundation of Community Association Research (FCAR). She will hold this position for a one year term. The Board is made up of dedicated volunteers who give their time and expertise to making the Foundation a leader in community association research and development.

    A member of Hill Wallack’s Community Associations Group, Ms. Record is well known for her work in representing condominiums and homeowners associations throughout New Jersey. She has lectured and published articles on community association law on both the national and state levels. She is a member of the national faculty for CAI’s PMDP Program for community Managers. Ms. Record has been involved with FCAR since July 2015, when she was elected to the Board of Directors. She is Past President of the New Jersey Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI-NJ) and past Chair for the NJ Community Association Political Action Committee.
