Mastering Community Association Law Issues
Caroline Record will be among a group of panelists that will share the most current and pressing legal problems that community associations face, and their practical knowledge especially with thorny issues.
Presented in cooperation with the NJSBA Real Property Trust and Estate Law Section and the New Jersey Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI-NJ)
Drawing on the experience and knowledge of the panelists, you will be able to engage in an exchange on a wide range of timely topics, such as smoke, harassment in housing, privacy concerns and more. The program also features a “Panel of Pundits” - a lively session of questions and answers from the audience and panelists, and will culminate with a special segment on ethical issues faced by attorneys practicing in this area of law. This program will be moderated by Christine F. Li, Esq.
