Directions

From New Jersey:

• Take I-295 North (previously I 95 South) heading towards Philadelphia.
• Take the PA-332 exit- EXIT 8 (previously 49) - toward NEWTOWN, PA.
• Keep RIGHT at the fork to go on PA-332 West.
• At the first traffic light, Turn LEFT onto Stony Hill Road.
• Go 1.0 mile (you will pass Shady Brook Farms on right ), through the first traffic light.
• (The road changes to Township Line Road at that traffic light)
• Get in the left lane approximately 0.5 miles turn LEFT onto Floral Vale Blvd.
• At the roundabout, take second exit to Floral Vale Blvd.
• Building 1000 is straight ahead, Go to the third floor, Suite 300

From Philadelphia/South of Newtown:

• Take I 95 North
• Take Exit 40 onto I-295 South (previously I 95 North) heading towards Princeton.
• Take the PA 332 Exit 8 (previously 49) toward NEWTOWN, PA.
• Make a LEFT off the exit ramp onto the Newtown Bypass, Route 332.
• At the SECOND traffic light, Turn LEFT onto Stony Hill Road.
• Go 1.0 mile (you will pass Shady Brook Farms on right ), through the first traffic light.
• (The road changes to Township Line Road at that traffic light)
• Get in the left lane approximately 0.5 miles turn LEFT onto Floral Vale Blvd.
• At the roundabout, take second exit to Floral Vale Blvd.
• Building 1000 is straight ahead, Go to the third floor, Suite 300

From Pennsylvania Turnpike East

• Take Pennsylvania Turnpike Exit 351 towards Philadelphia/Trenton
• Merge onto US Route 1 North via the exit to the left towards Morrisville
• Stay on US Route 1 North and exit I-95 North
• Take I-95 North to PA 332 Exit 8 (previously 49) toward NEWTOWN, PA
• Make a left off the exit ramp onto the Newtown Bypass, Route 332.
• At the second traffic light, Turn LEFT onto Stony Hill Road.
• Go 1.0 mile (you will pass Shady Brook Farms on right ), through the first traffic light.

• Take 413S (via Bypass) to the traffic light at Stony Hill Road.
