The presentation will focus on the immigration law for special immigrant juvenile children who may obtained special immigration status provided certain orders through custody and/or dependency are entered. The presentation will also focus on the practical aspects of the filing of custody and/or dependency proceedings, the issues involved in providing clear representation for the juveniles and other practical tips.
