About the speaker:


Susan L. Swatski is counsel with the law firm Hill Wallack LLP and is a member of the firm’s Employment Law, Administrative Law/Government Contracts, Product Liability and Construction Industry practice groups. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, U.S.  District Court of NJ, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of NY and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of NY. Ms. Swatski is a frequent lecturer in Employment Law issues important to employers.
