Mr. Thomas F. Carroll, III will be speaking on NJ Supreme Court Invalidation of COAH's Third Round Rules.
About the speaker:
Thomas F. Carroll, III is a partner in the Princeton, N.J. office of Hill Wallack LLP and is partner-in-charge of the Land Use Division.
He has significant experience in the land development application and permitting process, as well as the litigation of land use matters at the trial level and in the appellate courts.
Continuing Education Credits will be available for New Jersey and Pennsylvania attorneys and New Jersey engineers.
