Ask the Experts Panel Discussion – Community Improvements for the Fall Season
The Fall Season is around the corner and presents each community with an opportunity to take care of a host of clean up and maintenance issues before Winter arrives. Such projects include caring for and maintaining vacant units that may be in foreclosure, including dealing with mortgage holders that refuse to pay assessments, and economical and innovative Fall landscape improvements. Panelists will include a community association manager, landscape expert and an attorney. The sometimes delicate topic of cleaning up pet waste will also be addressed.
Community Association Managers will receive two hours of continuing education credit for attending this class.
