Director, Division of Purchase and Property, Reverses Decision As A Result Of Protest Filed By Hill Wallack LLP

In a decision dated February 11, 2013, the Director, Division of Purchase and Property ruled on a September 7,2012 protest filed by Hill Wallack LLP on behalf of its client Cybertech Systems and Software.  In protest documents filed with the division, Hill Wallack LLP argued that the awards made were not consistent with the evaluation and pricing criteria set forth in the specifications. In the decision, the Director agreed with Hill Wallack LLP’s argument, reversed the initial award, and made new awards under the contract consistent with Hill Wallack LLP’s argument. The full text of the decision can be found here.
