Yardley, PA November 2, 2016 --- For over a decade, in collaboration with The Church of the Sacred Heart in Trenton, Hill Wallack LLP partner L. Stephen Pastor has helped to bring Thanksgiving to families in need. This year will be no different.

Mr. Pastor began purchasing turkeys in 2003 to distribute at Thanksgiving to families who would otherwise not enjoy a traditional meal. In the first year he purchased and distributed 50 turkeys and each year the need has grown. Last year approximately 500 turkeys were purchased. Since the program’s inception, a total of over 5,000 turkeys have been provided to local families.

In keeping with tradition, Mr. Pastor will be handling the purchase, pickup and delivery of the turkeys to The Church of the Sacred Heart. The Church will then distribute bags of groceries to complete the meal, providing families in the Trenton area with much-needed holiday help.

“I look forward to this turkey drive each and every year,” said Mr. Pastor. “To be able to help those in need truly makes the holiday season that much more special.”
